The acquisition combines our strengths in school-home communication: ParentSquare’s unified platform is recognized for serving districts and the entire school community, and Remind’s classroom communication app has a strong following among teachers. By merging, we can advance our shared mission even further.

What will happen to the Remind brand and products?

The combined company known as ParentSquare is now home to Remind Chat and Remind Hub, both of which remain the same. The same engineers that built Remind have integrated the best Remind features and technology into the ParentSquare platform.

Is the free version of Remind still available?

Yes! Remind Chat is available and free to use for new users.

Do Remind users have the option of transitioning to ParentSquare?
